How can I contact you?

We bring our own cleaning products and vacuum cleaners. All you need to provide is trash can liners.

Do I need to provide any equipment or cleaning supplies

Most of our customers are not home when we clean their homes due to safety. We keep detailed information about each client’s cleaning or special instructions and information regarding pets, access, and alarm codes in their file.

Do I need to be home?

What if I have Pets?

We love pets and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept Cash,Credit Cards, Checks (There will be a charge of $30.00 for any returned check)

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, customer can reschedule or cancel within at least 24hrs notice. Any last minute cancellation is subject to $20.00 charge.

Can I tip the cleaner?

Yes, you can if you are pleased with his or her job.

We offer instant pricing, but we may adjust it based on the actual condition of the home. To ensure there are no surprises when we arrive and discover the work will require additional time, we will call to let you know if we can't reach you. The team will have to leave, and you will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time it takes for our service to meet the client's standards. We will contact the client to discuss pricing or revise the service if the cleaning time differs significantly from the original quote.
